How do I see my contact leads

You will login to our platform and all missed calls or chats will be logged and a contact will automatically be created. You can also import all your current customers and contacts into the CRM platform.

Can I control when AI Employee is "ON"?

You have full control over when your AI Receptionist is ON or OFF for calls and/or text messages. You have it handle calls and texts after hours or when you're busy, and turn it off once you're ready to start the day.

Can I control what AI Employee says when it answers the phone?

Can I keep my existing business phone number?

How do I "teach" the AI about my business?

It’s easy. You provide us with your website URL or a document containing your services, pricing, and common questions. Our team (or the system) "feeds" this data to the AI. It will only speak about the information you approve.

What happens if the AI doesn’t know the answer to a question?

If a caller asks something highly specific that isn't in the AI's knowledge base, it is programmed to politely take the caller's details and tell them a human team member will get back to them shortly. You will receive an instant notification with the call transcript.
