1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all eSIM, SIM, and connectivity services provided by Teliaspace LLC through its websites www.teliaspace.com and www.t-sims.com.
By purchasing, activating, or using any Teliaspace product or service, you agree to be bound by these T&C, which define your rights, responsibilities, and the framework governing the use of our global connectivity solutions.
2. Registration and User Account
Certain services require account registration. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or managing their accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities performed under your account.
Teliaspace LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these T&C.
3. Purchase and Activation of eSIMs
To purchase an eSIM, users must select a data plan on t-sims.com or through authorized Teliaspace partners.
Upon completing payment, a QR code will be delivered electronically to the provided email address for activation.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device is eSIM-compatible. Teliaspace LLC assumes no responsibility for issues caused by incompatible devices, incorrect installation, or third-party configuration errors.
Activation instructions are available on our website and must be followed carefully for proper setup.
4. Duration, Validity, and Termination
Each eSIM service is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
eSIM profiles must be activated within 180 days of purchase; expired eSIMs cannot be refunded or reactivated.
Once activated, services are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated. Once activated, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

5. User Obligations and Restrictions
You agree to use Teliaspace LLC services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or fraudulent use of Teliaspace services is strictly prohibited.
Any illegal or abusive use, including but not limited to spamming, spoofing, or network interference, may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
6. Service Availability and Limitations
Teliaspace LLC strives to deliver uninterrupted global connectivity; however, service quality depends on third-party mobile network operators.
Coverage, speed, and availability may vary by region.
Teliaspace LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or uniform performance and shall not be held liable for temporary outages, roaming restrictions, or coverage limitations.
Users are encouraged to check coverage in their destination country before purchase.
7. Pricing, Fees, and Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) or your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed using the available payment methods at checkout.
Teliaspace LLC reserves the right to update pricing; however, any changes will not affect previously completed orders.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Teliaspace LLC values your privacy. All personal data collected during registration and service use is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant laws.

9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Teliaspace LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased service.

Any changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, United States..
